If any step fails, notify me in DM with the exact error. Never guess data.

The final line matters as much as the rest. "Never guess data" is the instruction that prevents the agent from hallucinating when a field is missing or a CRM record is incomplete. Without it, the agent will fill gaps with plausible-sounding numbers. With it, it stops and reports the gap instead. Always include an explicit error-handling instruction in agent prompts.
